Kim Kearns has been a dedicated member of the Right Choice Real Estate team for over a
decade. Initially managing a small portfolio of properties, Kim transitioned to focus on
accounts and administration duties, bringing her meticulous attention to detail and strong
organizational skills to the forefront. In her current role as Trust Accountant, Kim is
responsible for processing all rent payments, invoices, disbursing creditors, and managing
owner payments with precision and care.
Kim's excellence in her role has not gone unnoticed. She was a finalist for the national
award of Trust Accountant of the Year 2023, PMP (Property Management Partners) which is
a great achievement and in 2016 Kim won the Excellence in Corporate Support Award,
Leading Property Managers of Australia Awards. This is a testament to her outstanding
contribution to the industry. Her ability to reduce errors, coupled with her strong and clear
communication skills, ensures that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and
accurately. Kim takes immense pride in her work, consistently aiming to mitigate the owners'
losses.
Before joining the real estate industry, Kim spent 12 years in Sydney as a Settlements
Executive for a Global Bank. She was responsible for processing billions of dollars in
settlements each day for both international and domestic clients, honing her skills in high-
stakes financial management.
Kim lives locally with her husband and two children. Outside of her professional life, she is
actively involved in her community, notably coaching/managing her son's soccer team. Kim's
dedication to her family, community, and profession exemplifies her as a well-rounded and
highly respected individual in both her personal and professional circles.
